Retail Inventory Associate - Greater Woodbridge Area
About The Position
WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associates throughout the greater Woodbridge Area, including Woodbridge, Manassas, Stafford, and Fredericksburg. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The hourly rate ranges from $18.50 to $23.50, based on comparable positions. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. This is an active job that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for hard work and accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
- Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required
Responsibilities
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
- Travel to retail locations
