About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associates who are also drivers throughout the greater Woodbridge Area, including Woodbridge, Manassas, Stafford, and Fredericksburg. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The hourly rate ranges from $18.50 to $23.50, based on comparable employee positions. The company is looking for individuals who enjoy an active job that rewards hard work, where no prior inventory experience is required as all necessary training is provided.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.
