About The Position
WIS International is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Retail Inventory Associates. This part-time role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided. The position is active, requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting, and offers flexible scheduling with early morning shifts. Performance-based pay increases and opportunities for advancement are available.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
- Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required
Responsibilities
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
- Travel to retail locations
