About The Position

This is a traveling role for a Retail Inventory Associate with Dollar Teams. Early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) are common, with assignments available Monday-Friday. Occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible. The role involves counting and recording inventory with precision, following a clear workflow, and moving between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meeting daily performance goals is key, and there are opportunities for productivity-based wage increases. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experienced Inventory Associates preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking.
• Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
• Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Ability to frequently use a ladder.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
