About The Position

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds. You will also be working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner. The role involves counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining a high level of accuracy, and meeting productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay. Occasional overnight assignments and paid travel opportunities are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
  • At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using handheld technology
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
