About The Position

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Part-Time) and be part of a team that helps top retailers accurately count inventory. This active role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No prior inventory experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, and maintaining high accuracy and productivity.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
No degree required.

Responsibilities
