About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Virginia Beach Area, including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Newport News and Hampton. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The starting wage is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, and additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. The role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• Certification for paid driver or pharmacy counter roles.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.
