About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Virginia Beach Metro area, including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Newport News, and Hampton. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No prior inventory experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The position involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. Drivers are also responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities
