About The Position

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Part-Time) and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This active role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position involves safely transporting employees to inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. Drivers will travel to various retail locations and are expected to embody the company's core values.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities
