About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the greater New Haven Area. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and paid training. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on comparable positions. The role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners and safely transporting employees to and from inventory events. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. This is an active job that rewards hard work and accuracy with performance-based pay increases.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
No degree required.

Responsibilities

Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
