Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
About The Position
WIS International is seeking active individuals for a part-time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver position. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers, with no prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with a starting wage of $14.00 - $18.00 per hour. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, and traveling to various retail locations.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
