About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Research Triangle area, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Morrisville, and Wake Forest. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required, as WIS International provides all necessary training. The position involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail, and meeting productivity goals for performance-based pay increases. Drivers are also responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
No degree required.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
Certification required to become a paid pharmacy counter.

Responsibilities

Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
