About The Position

WIS International is looking for active individuals to join their team as Retail Inventory Associates – Drivers. This part-time role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with a starting wage of $16.00 - $19.00 per hour. Drivers are also responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.
  • No degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
  • Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
  • Travel to retail locations.
