About The Position

WIS International is seeking Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Atlanta Metro Area. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and paid training. The role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers, with no prior experience required. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. The job is active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. It offers opportunities for performance-based pay increases and potential advancement to paid driver or pharmacy counter roles.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
