About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Charlotte Metro Area, including Gastonia, Concord, Monroe, and Kannapolis. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The starting wage is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and are rewarded for hard work and accuracy. No prior inventory experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• Certification for paid driver or pharmacy counter roles.
• Occasional overnight assignments.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to various retail locations.
