About The Position

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds. You will work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
No degree required.
Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
Certification required to become a paid pharmacy counter.

Responsibilities

Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
Travel to retail locations.
