About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Charlotte Metro area, including Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Kannapolis, and Rock Hill, SC. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. The job involves physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds, all performed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
