The Retail Growth Manager for Staples and Office Depot will own the integrated marketing growth agenda across retail, .com, and marketplace environments. This role will partner closely with Sales, Category, Media, Content, Retail Deployment, external vendors, and agency partners to translate business priorities into account-specific plans that drive demand, discoverability, conversion, and sell-through. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both commercial thinking and strong execution. The ideal candidate understands how to build growth in retail and digital environments, can manage complex NPI and content workstreams, and is comfortable working across PC, Print, and Supplies businesses. The role requires someone who is proactive, organized, partner-centric, and able to operate with speed and accountability in a fast-moving retail environment.
