About The Position

WIS International is hiring Retail Grocery Associates to help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. This role is active and suitable for individuals who enjoy staying on their feet and are rewarded for strong performance. The position involves working primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment, achieving counting goals while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. It requires clear communication, initiative, and adherence to company core values.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
