About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for a part-time Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers, with no prior experience required as full training is provided. The position is active and rewards hard work with performance-based pay increases. The team works primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting productivity goals are key to increasing earnings. Travel to retail locations is required, and leads demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience
• Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required
