Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and move furniture as needed.
Positive demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide home furnishings solutions.
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and financing options.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
