About The Position
Nordstrom is hiring for fulfillment positions at its Irvine Spectrum Center store. The posting invites candidates to a hiring event on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants should follow the hiring-event signs or ask a Nordstrom employee for directions upon arrival. Applicants unable to attend may still have their applications considered. The pay range for Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery roles is $18.85–$19.65 per hour. Offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Requirements
- Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift.
- Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
- Ability to frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- For Stock/Logistics work, ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Handle merchandise and assist customers.
- Perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching while moving continuously during a 6–8-hour shift.
- Use hands frequently for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped merchandise, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
- Lift and carry merchandise within the stated weight requirements.
