Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Stonecrest - Part Time
About The Position
The Fulfillment and Receiving Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, supports store operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and helps ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, processing trailers, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, delivering orders curbside, monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time, and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interaction, including warmly greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Associates contribute to customer satisfaction and store performance through attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence. Colleagues review goals, learn about products and promotions, prepare the store, receive and tag merchandise, and organize the stockroom. They assist customers, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. The position emphasizes collaboration, hospitality, continuous improvement, and achieving sales and store goals. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Schedules include weekend shifts.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
