The Retail Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers focused on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art, while also driving custom framing sales. This role involves assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The manager is responsible for developing and coaching team selling behaviors, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions on time, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will also manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs, serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), and participate in talent development activities. The role requires interaction with others in a positive and respectful manner, promoting organizational vision and values, and serving as a role model. Additionally, the manager will assist with truck unloads, stocking, and Omni channel processes.
