The Retail Framing Manager will lead and coach a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art. This role is responsible for driving custom framing sales and assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The manager will also assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. Additionally, the role involves developing and coaching team selling behaviors, leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time, managing sales and production workload, and executing inventory management, shrink, and safety programs. The manager will also serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, and training new team members, and participate in performance management activities. This position requires interaction with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting organizational vision and values, and serving as a role model. Responsibilities include participating in truck un-loads and stocking, following SOPs, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other assigned duties.
