About The Position

This part-time position focuses on building customer relationships and creating memorable framing solutions. The role involves assisting customers with their shopping needs, ensuring a safe and organized store environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures. A key aspect of the job is utilizing the Elevated ABC Deliver program to foster customer relationships and drive sales and production results in custom framing.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment.
Ability to operate a glass cutter.

Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs for compliance.
Execute company policies and standards.
Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using Elevated ABC Deliver.
Achieve sales and production goals.
Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in locating products, and ensure the store is well-merchandised and stocked.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Interact positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values.
Participate in truck un-load and stocking processes.
Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
Assist with Omni channel processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
