About The Position

As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you create a warm, welcoming environment through genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service. You engage customers with personalized fragrance recommendations that reflect their style, mood, and preferences - making them confident, valued, and inspired. You are both a beauty enthusiast and product expert, demonstrating and selling a wide range of fragrances and related beauty products, while educating customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage. You contribute to a seamless shopping experience by fostering meaningful connections, anticipating needs, and delivering service with care. Colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. They wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. They review their sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions. On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships to bring the customers back. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
  • Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • Lifting at least 25lbs.
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Reaching, including above eye level.
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
