The Retail Manager role is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and entrepreneurial leader who is always looking for better, more efficient ways to operate. This position is responsible for the successful operation of retail and cafeteria services within Food & Nutrition Services. The Retail Manager oversees daily operations, staff leadership, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while supporting a high‑quality dining experience in a healthcare setting. Retail Managers perform a wide range of responsibilities, including planning and supervising special functions, maintaining cash controls and payroll records, and recruiting, training, and developing hourly team members. This role also plays a key part in fostering positive public relations and ensuring resources are used safely and efficiently. This role supports a 300+ bed medical center, overseeing four retail outlets, generating over $3 million in annual revenue, and leading a team of 23 FTEs.
