Reporting to the Director of Food & Nutrition Services, this role is responsible for ensuring a high‑quality, patient‑ and guest‑focused dining experience while maintaining operational excellence. The Retail Manager supports menu development, marketing initiatives, staffing, financial controls, ordering, and inventory management within Food & Nutrition Services.
