About The Position
Road Runner Sports is seeking experienced Retail Sales Associates, called Fit Experts, to join its athletic footwear retail team. In this sales-based role, you will help customers find products that support their running, walking, hiking, and active-lifestyle goals. The company provides tools and training, and rewards customer service and consistent achievement of sales goals through a bonus program. Team Members also receive discounts on favorite brands. Successful completion of a background check is required after acceptance of a potential offer and before the start date. The offer is contingent on the information received and will be carried out in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
