About The Position
Road Runner Sports is seeking experienced Retail Sales Associates, called Fit Experts, to join its retail team. Fit Experts help customers pursuing healthier lives and active lifestyles by providing customer service and meeting sales goals. This is a sales-based position, and the company provides tools and training to support success. Team Members can earn bonuses based on customer service and sales performance and receive discounts on brands sold by Road Runner Sports. A background check is required after acceptance of a potential offer and before the start date; the offer is contingent on the information received and the process will comply with applicable laws.
