About The Position

As a Retail Fireplace Sales & Customer Experience Specialist, you are more than a salesperson—you are a trusted advisor. You will guide customers through one of the most important comfort and design decisions in their home, helping them choose the right fireplace, stove, or insert to fit their lifestyle. This role blends consultative sales, customer service, and product expertise. You’ll work closely with customers from initial inquiry through final installation, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Requirements

  • Retail sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and solving problems
  • Basic comfort with technology and point-of-sale systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or heating products

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, professional showroom experience for every customer

  • Educate customers on product features, design options, efficiency, and safety
  • Prepare quotes, process sales, and manage orders with accuracy
  • Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom displays
  • Stay current on product lines, industry trends, and safety standards
