This role supports the sales and finance activities of the company and is crucial to the future of agriculture. Retail Finance Consultants are committed to delivering exceptional service by providing quotes, analyzing data, and driving sales. This position can be based out of any of our Region 3 locations: Humboldt, Wynyard, Kelvington, Preeceville, Swan River.

Requirements

Business, Commerce or related post-secondary education required
Highly motivated, desire to learn and grow
Experience in finance related role, large finance portfolios an asset
Agriculture background/experience an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt/interact with different personality types
Highly skilled at computer programs (MS Office, CRMs, etc.)
Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays as needed
Valid driver’s licence, travel required

Responsibilities

Assist Retail Finance Managers (RFMs) and Sales Department with finance process, training, quotes, and documentation
Provide expertise to Sales staff by answering questions, and customizing financial solutions for customers
Help ensure market share goals are met
Conduct lien searches for incoming trades
Assist with lease maturities
Analyze data to predict customer financial needs
Stay informed of competitor offers and marketing developments
Regular communication with customers over the phone and in person
Support RFMs by maintaining customer files, updating notes, and admin tasks as needed
