Join the Home Lending Finance team (within Retail Finance) as a Lead Financial Analyst, supporting our Mortgage and Home Equity products. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and strategic planning for the entire P&L for our Home Equity product. This role will work closely with the Home Lending CFO and partner closely with other areas in Finance and business leaders to deliver timely financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights that drive informed decision-making and business performance. You will play a key role in leading and supporting budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term planning processes while developing accurate revenue, expense, and staffing projections. This position requires a strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights through executive-level reporting, dashboards, performance metrics, and automation. The role also includes conducting ad hoc analysis to address evolving business needs, supporting audit and regulatory requirements, and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance. Success in this position requires effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. This is a high-visibility opportunity offering broad exposure across Home Lending and Retail Finance, with involvement in strategic planning and new product initiatives. The ideal candidate should have prior forecasting and/or modeling experience and is analytical, curious, and solutions-oriented, with strong technical skills and an interest in leveraging data, technology, and tools such as Excel, Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI, and AI to drive continuous improvement. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA and is a fully onsite role, Monday–Friday.
