About The Position

The Retail Expert role is crucial as they are the face of Dyson, connecting pioneering technology with shoppers and owners. This role requires strong proficiency in technology and communication, the ability to deliver exceptional customer interactions through relationship building, and proven experience in sales and customer service. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment
- HS diploma required
- Ability to understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with a technology brand strongly preferred
- Bi-lingual language proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
