We are a rapidly growing home improvement company. We're seeking an Experienced Retail Sales Representative to maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in remodeling is beneficial, but not a requirement.
- Must pass initial training with a score of 90.
- Must maintain a passing score of 90 on future script tests.
- Ability to meet weekly or monthly demo/lead targets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, potentially including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for multiple hours at a time.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must adhere to specific retailer policies.

Responsibilities
- Study and learn the ZINTEX Retail Training Manual.
- Pass Initial Training by with a passing score of 90.
- Maintain a passing score of 90 on future script tests
- Accurately record and track lead information in the company’s CRM or specified system.
- Meet weekly or monthly demo/lead targets as set by the Retail and Events Regional Manager.
- Articulate the company’s products and services clearly.
- Identify homeowner needs and adapt messaging accordingly.
- Participate in group training, daily debriefs, and coaching sessions.
- Attend local team events
- Respect homeowners’ privacy, and follow company safety procedures.
- Always maintain professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct all marketing efforts in compliance with specific retail requirements and standards
- Ability to stand in a retail environment for multiple hours at a time.
- Proactively approach and greet customers in a retail setting.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to draw attention to the booth/display.
- Keep the retail station or display area organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with company standards.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, potentially including weekends and holidays, depending on store hours.
- Adhere to any specific retailer policies or guidelines where the booth is located.
