About The Position

You’d be joining a team of over 250 passionate, ambitious people - across the UK, Europe and US - building a category-leading FinTech product with the mission to improve the lives of millions. The Opportunity You’ll be visiting retail stores where employees already have access to Stream; the financial wellness benefit giving workers control of their money between paychecks. Over 8 weeks you’ll meet store managers, run employee huddles, and help workers understand and use a benefit that can genuinely change their financial lives. No desk. No Zoom calls. Real conversations, real impact.

Requirements

Bilingual: Spanish and English
Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car
High energy in person and comfortable working independently
Some retail experience - any format counts

Responsibilities

Visit retail stores where employees have access to Stream and introduce the benefit to store managers
Set up display materials and QR codes so employees can sign up on the spot
Plan your own weekly routes, manage your schedule, and report back every Monday as part of a national intern team
Represent Stream’s B Corp mission; Fair financial tools for the everyday worker
