Responsibilities

Represent energy savings and sustainability programs at retail locations and community events
Educate customers about energy-efficient products, rebates, incentives, and conservation initiatives
Engage with shoppers through face-to-face conversations and promotional presentations
Assist customers with program enrollment and answer questions regarding available benefits
Build positive relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate program records
Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development workshops
Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and enrollment goals
Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused presence at all times
