About The Position

The Retail Enablement Specialist supports the development and maintenance of tools, content, playbooks, processes, and resources that help Retail colleagues and leaders execute consistently across the branch network. This role assists with translating Retail priorities, process updates, product or service information, and partner input into clear, practical, field-ready materials. By supporting resource development, coordinating with business partners, and gathering feedback, the Retail Enablement Specialist helps make information easier for colleagues to understand and apply. While enablement is the primary focus, this role remains flexible in supporting broader Retail Enablement & Execution priorities as team and business needs evolve.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
3+ years of experience in retail banking, sales or service enablement, sales process, branch operations, communications, learning and development, project coordination, or related support roles.
Experience supporting business resources, job aids, presentations, guides, playbooks, training materials, or other colleague-facing content.
Experience supporting sales, service, enablement, change, or Retail operations initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and content creation or content management tools.
Strong organization, communication, attention-to-detail, and follow-through skills.
Ability to translate information into clear, practical, and actionable resources for colleagues and leaders.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, digital, operations, technology, learning, or field leadership partners.
Strong project coordination, writing, presentation development, organization, and prioritization skills.
Ability to use colleague feedback, field insights, or available data to support content improvements.
Understanding of branch routines, productivity tools, customer relationship management, or Retail execution practices.

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of Retail playbooks, job aids, guides, toolkits, routines, templates, and other field-facing resources.
Assist in translating business priorities, process updates, product or service information, and strategic direction into clear enablement materials.
Help create colleague support materials and adoption resources that make expectations easier to understand and apply.
Review, refresh, organize, and maintain enablement content to help ensure materials remain accurate, accessible, relevant, and easy to use.
Support enablement efforts that help Retail colleagues deliver Huntington products and services through consistent customer conversations, service behaviors, and execution routines.
Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify resources, improve colleague effectiveness, and reduce friction for branch teams.
Work with teammates and subject matter experts to support sales, service, leadership, operational, and customer experience priorities.
Contribute to tools, templates, and support materials that can be used across markets and adapted to evolving business needs.
Collaborate with Retail Enablement, Strategy, Communications, Onboarding & Development, Market Execution, Product, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Risk, Technology, and other partners.
Participate in intake, planning, and project discussions to understand enablement needs, audiences, timing, and required support.
Help coordinate field resources, communications, and readiness materials so colleagues receive aligned and consistent information.
Support follow-up activities, content reviews, stakeholder feedback, and delivery timelines.
Gather and organize colleague feedback, field insights, partner input, and available information related to enablement resources.
Help identify themes, gaps, and opportunities to improve content, tools, routines, or support materials.
Support measurement and reporting activities related to resource use, adoption, or program effectiveness.
Contribute ideas that improve the clarity, usability, organization, and accessibility of enablement materials.
Support rollout of Retail initiatives by helping develop and maintain resources that prepare leaders and colleagues for change.
Assist with special projects, team priorities, and emerging business needs related to enablement, execution, colleague readiness, or customer experience.
Work across priorities with a flexible, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
