Requirements

  • Ability to lift incoming donations up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outside in extreme conditions.
  • Work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, recurring bending, crouching, reaching, stooping or similar activities.
  • May require frequent lifting of moderately heavy items up to 35 lbs.
  • For certain positions, frequent climbing of stairs, ladders or step stools may be required.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the "face of Goodwill" to donors at donation trailer sites.
  • Assist donors with their donations and acknowledge their support.
  • Unload incoming donations from donor vehicles.
  • Offer and issue a receipt for every donor.
  • Sort and store donations in the trailer.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of the trailer area at all times.
