Retail Donations Trailer Attendant

Requirements
- Ability to lift incoming donations up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outside in extreme conditions.
- Work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, recurring bending, crouching, reaching, stooping or similar activities.
- May require frequent lifting of moderately heavy items up to 35 lbs.
- For certain positions, frequent climbing of stairs, ladders or step stools may be required.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the "face of Goodwill" to donors at donation trailer sites.
- Assist donors with their donations and acknowledge their support.
- Unload incoming donations from donor vehicles.
- Offer and issue a receipt for every donor.
- Sort and store donations in the trailer.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of the trailer area at all times.
