About The Position

Penn State Retail Dining provides spectacular food and beverages to faculty, staff, students, and guests at the University Park Campus. We are currently looking for multiple student staff who are highly motivated, outgoing, polite, engaged, and service-minded individuals. Our focus on students in the workplace is one of the many concepts that differentiate us from other local food service providers. Join us for the Fall 2026 Semester! Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
Employment contingent upon applicant maintaining full-time academic enrollment for Fall 2026 semester.
A team player, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic reading and English-speaking skills.
Proven ability to follow direction and adhere to quality expectations and standards.
Ability to stand for lengthy periods and perform various motor skills such as lifting (50+ lbs.), reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, squatting and grasping as needed.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
