About The Position
HUB Dining Student Employment is seeking multiple student staff members for the Fall 2026 semester. Penn State Retail Dining provides food and beverages to faculty, staff, students, and guests at the University Park Campus. We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing, polite, engaged, and service-minded individuals to join our team. Our focus on students in the workplace differentiates us from other local food service providers. HUB Dining locations are hiring Penn State Students who exhibit professionalism and are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience through authentic service and extraordinary food.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain full-time academic enrollment for Fall 2026 semester.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic reading and English-speaking skills.
- Proven ability to follow direction and adhere to quality expectations and standards.
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods.
- Ability to perform various motor skills such as lifting (50+ lbs.), reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, squatting and grasping as needed.
- Must pass a background check.
