One Vision Thrift Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Department Manager for our Fort Dodge Thrift Store. One Vision is a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with disabilities, helping them find meaningful work, homes, and personal independence. Our thrift stores play a vital role in funding these services, meaning your work directly impacts the lives of others. As a hands-on retail leader, you'll oversee daily store operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will lead and supervise your own team-coaching, training, and motivating staff to meet sales and production goals. You will drive marketing and social media efforts, building awareness and engagement for the store's promotions, events, and community involvement. You will ensure exceptional customer service, positive donor interactions, and smooth volunteer experiences. You will also support the Store Manager with scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and performance management.
