About The Position

You will partner with the store leadership team to energize and motivate your crew, helping unlock their potential and drive performance by connecting daily actions to meaningful customer outcomes. You will lead with purpose by mentoring and training your team, sharing your knowledge, building their confidence, and guiding them to become trusted retail rockstars who deliver real value to every customer. You will also keep the store looking sharp and well-stocked, ensuring every product is ready and available so customers can find exactly what they need, because the right solution starts with the right presentation. When it comes to supporting our customers with the latest products, our passionate sales team are here to provide expert knowledge and advice to help them find the right solution to suit their needs.

Requirements

• Proven track record in retail leadership and a passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust, spark motivation, and create genuine connections with both your team and your customers.
• Customer-first and people-centric approach, thriving on coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle shifting priorities with ease.
• Hands-on approach, willing to jump on the shop floor or solve problems behind the scenes to support the team.
