This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role involves participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required, along with interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
