This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Additionally, team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as performing merchandise recovery, maintenance, and store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties may also be assigned, along with supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, execute Company policies, and interact positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. This role is cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, with other duties as assigned. Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
