About The Position

Love’s cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, keep work areas clean, and provide customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. Duties vary according to business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are important. No experience is required; training is provided. The role may involve cross-training in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, or leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find items, answer questions about products and services, and address customer needs.
• Complete customer transactions, balance the cash register, and offer additional sales opportunities while following state and local laws.
• Use methods and technology to maintain proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products.
• Clean the immediate work area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, and gas and diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
• Cross-train in other departments or leadership roles as business needs require.
