About The Position

At Love’s, cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean spaces, and provide customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. Duties may vary according to business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are important. No experience is required; training is provided. The role may include cross-training in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find items, answer questions about products and services, and address customer needs.
• Complete customer transactions, balance the cash register, and offer additional sales opportunities while following state and local laws.
• Use various methods and technology to maintain proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products.
• Clean the assigned work area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, and gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
• Potentially cross-train in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
