About The Position

As a Customer Experience Colleague at Macy’s, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for customers and prioritize satisfaction across in-store and online touchpoints. You will drive cross-category sales, use your understanding of fashion, fit, and function to make tailored product recommendations, and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey.
