As our Retail Communications Manager, you’ll be the person who keeps Lakeshore’s retail teams informed, aligned and ready to deliver for the families and educators we serve. You’ll own internal communications for our retail division end to end—turning business priorities, operational updates and leadership messages into clear, practical guidance our 50-plus stores can act on. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role and the single owner of retail communications, so it’s built for a strong writer and organized project manager who likes being the go-to for keeping a large field organization connected.
